| Although we have been creating solutions in FileMaker since the mid 1980s, Craft ICT came into being in 2002. Rather than being purely database developers, we are first and foremost business people, with business and IT related backgrounds who specialise in customised FileMaker Pro solutions. Complementary services including business analysis, networking and data protection /disaster recovery systems are offered - a one-stop solution - to ensure our customers' FileMaker databases run as effectively and safely as possible. We are particularly proud of our web based 'FileMaker Assistance' product that allows us to provide Worldwide FileMaker, server and desktop support; not only to complement our own solutions, but to provide help to people developing their own solutions or to provide online training. Our most unusual use of this system was to carry out changes and provide training in Papua New Guinea! We are equally at home on Macs, PCs, Mac OS X Server or Windows 2003 Server. Our solutions are currently installed in the following industry sectors: Aviation, Architectural, Charitable Organisations, Education, Export, Project Management and Sales & Marketing, plus a significant number of medical research projects.  |
