| A multilingual CRM for the sale of exhibition space with audit compliant invoicing. This has been used by several clients to run large exhibitions. This system has been completely rewritten and restructured with additional functionality using features of Filemaker Pro v7, v8 and now v8.5. The EMS can now handle purchasing and business management for an event management company, and can also output data for year end accounts. The invoicing system is audit compliant and incorporates an audit trail. Staff are not able to alter or delete invoice data once it is posted, but can create credit notes and supplementary invoices as the client contract details change. It also handles multiple stages of part payment, and multilingual correspondence. Clients who have used this system have made substantial gains in productivity, enabling an increase in the proportion of staff time devoted to selling, and the virtual elimination of time consuming administrative tasks. The system has also been designed to be user friendly for staff, who usually enjoy working with it. |
