| Pupil Records is designed to provide ready access to critical pupil and staff data, such as: name, class, contact details, photo, SEN, health issues etc. As in all FileMaker databases, access can be strictly controlled allowing, for example, some staff to view certain areas but not others, or to have read but not editing privileges. The Pupil Records database allows easy production of: class lists (with or without photos), ID cards (e.g. for trips), staff lists etc. Existing data can be quickly imported form a spreadsheet, or easily exported to one. This database can be supplied as a stand-alone application (Mac or Windows) or served to a network. |
