The system help allocate jobs to individual service engineers and provides the management with reports indicating the distribution of the workload between the engineer and helps to forecast both the workload and income. The system has many time saving features that help create the detailed contracts and then reproduce them for each year of service. The individual tasks are linked to certificates indicating compliance or otherwise of the facilities and the system automatically prints off the relevant types required for each job. |
