| Tracking the genetic risk, investigation, treatment and outcomes for patients at risk from polyposis related forms of bowel cancer. This database manages contacts with patients, mailing, clinics, medical history, genetic data on families, and outputs data for family tree printing. The original Filemaker solution was converted from data transferred from a pre- Dos, non IBM compatible, departmental computer system to Filemaker Pro v3, then v4.1, and later v5.5. More recently it was restructured in the process of migration to Filemaker v7, and now uses features of Filemaker v8.5. |
