| Lambert/rubicon created a custom FileMaker application for a building services company. The custom software is designed to track reactive maintenance jobs: getting the order from the client, making appointments with the tenant, assigning the job tasks to operatives, recording job costs, raising invoices and certifying payments. The software includes interfaces with client systems using XML and other technologies. The system is accessed by 100 users in five different locations. |
